shadow bans for forums and messages

If you were on otf yesterday, you probably saw some things. Specifically things from Idiot-box. Iykyk. Anyways, clearly banning his acc isn’t enough- he’ll make another. And IP banning apparently won’t work, cuz he changes IPs. I suggest shadow banning people who make comments like his, get banned, and make another acc to post more. This would make it so that they can still comment, post forums, and message- but no one else can see the forums and the messages are never actually sent (also previous comments will be hidden). And do not tell themThis way, he won’t make a new acc, because he’ll think his comments can be seen. Sure, he will find out eventually, but it could help.

They would know very quickly that they're not getting any replies to their comments so a shadow ban system wouldn't help

This is probably a stupid idea, but what if you made an ai that replies to shadow banned people like a real person? Would that be too hard to make? Should I stop suggesting ideas?

Seems like a lot of work for minimal benefit.
