Hi Chess.com,
I think it's absolutely outrageous that the link that will let people contact chess.com for help with billing etc. is not working! The link I am talking about is this one: https://support.chess.com/customer/portal/emails/new
You can find it by going to settings > account > manage account > contact support (roughly translated from dutch).
I hope you will read this message and fix it ASAP.

The site recently updated the support site and the new link is https://support.chess.com/article/346-contact-us
I have bug reported it as well
