something wrong with chess vision

Hello everyone ,

I am not an english native so I apologise for the writing .

I think there's something wrong with chess vision , because it is stuck on the same square for about 3 seconds , and even though  I deleted the cookies of my web browser it stays stuck .

What can I do ?

I meant that whevener we play chess vision , we have 30 seconds and different square displayed , for exemple A4 , E5 , etc....

Mine stays on A4 for like 5 seconds , do you understand it better now?

What browser? Also, do you have any add-ons or plugins that could be interfering?

Hello , I use firefox , and yes I have add-ons and plugins but so far everything was good .

Can you guys please  try to play chess visions on your browser and tell me if everything is all right for you?

Vision trainer has no issues for me. Try it on a private browser tab/window.

Just tried it and it is not working neither .

When I select the Moves Training mode, it doesn't show the pieces. In the Coordinates training mode, it was getting stuck for like 3 to 5 seconds. It never use to be like this. I don't what's wrong

Can you try on Chrome?

I'll try to test on Firefox later.

I tried to play on my phone with the app , and everything is OK but not on my computer

me too.

on pc moves in vision  do not appear,

i'm using chrome without any plugin

What did you do to solve that issue then ? Did you make a feedback to the team?

Found out there's a bug for the Moves and Moves + Coordinates option. Staff are looking into it.
