Stop Deleting Text After Issuing Banner Warning

Whenever the site gives a warning for anything, whether community guidelines or 5 consecutive posts..etc, the entire comment disappears from the typing box. Stop with that already. Leave the text as it and just don't post it. Let people edit it, instead of having to retype everything because of
