What are the exact rules surrounding that, e.g. under which circumstances will this apply? There is not even a warning, like "please move within the next 5 seconds or you will lose", instead the game is just suddenly ended even though I still have enough time left to finish the game, it was an equal position as well.
I get the reasoning for such a feature, but the implementation is quite bad imho, games should never be ruled as abandoned as long as there is no internet disconnect or the browser being closed or something like that. I was thinking for around 1 minute calculating a knight sacrifice, which is totally reasonable imho.
You could also implement a popup or something like that asking the player if he is still there instead of just ending the game. Thinking is a part of chess and should never lead to suddenly losing the game.

You mostly play 2 1 bullet. If you thought for a minute in the first ten moves, you would trip the long mover timer.
/ You were thinking about 9..Nxg4? It seems unclear to me. It works if he accepts but what if 10 Nxd4?
2 1 bullet is not the place to be calculating such moves.
