Alternatively, Erik set up this thread: http://www.chess.com/forum/view/community/reward-earn-diamond-membership-by-finding-and-reporting-bad-ads if the ads you're getting are playing sounds.  Follow the instructions there, and if it works, hey, free membership so you won't have to see ANY ads.
