Terrible game interface -- size and screen clutter

Dear Chess.com,,

I'm a basic low-rated Chess buff and I can't stand playing here. The interface is too small and nothing I try improves it. I've tried all the suggested fixes and nothing yields satisfactory results. The Board is just too small and the other parts of the screen are all too large. It feels like the actual Chess Board is an after-thought. :-( 

I'd like to play here, but it feels icky and annoying. I swear this is not a complaint troll. The community is great, there's lots of good features, but the one thing I want is a good feeling game playing screen and you do not provide one here. 

The LiChess experience is much  better in terms of the simple size of the game playing elements. :-(
