The analysis diagram at Chess.com Messages is not working!

Hi all, especially Chess.com computer software programmers

While messaging my friends at Chess.com, I used to utilize the diagram to display a game and its variations. Around 3 days ago, however, I still was able to do the same but when I clicked the Send button the diagram was not displayed. Even after some refresh procedures have been done. Worse, all of my old diagrams via the Messages are now invisible! Is there something wrong? It used to work well.

The diagram still works at some other places though, for example if I create a blog, and display a game through diagrams, they are still visible. Please take a look at the Chess.com messages diagrams.
