You won't get banned for aborting games; instead, you eventually will temporarily lose the ability to abort. I'm not sure how many aborted games it takes or how quickly the ability to abort comes back.

OK, this is good to know. It suddenly occurred to me due to I've started using it and got 3 or 5 'wrong seeks' by that method. Surely, it could be better?

That gets into questions of site design, and I don't tend to use that feature so I'm not as familiar with how it works.
But you could use the Suggestion feature under the Help menu.
Hey there,
I have discovered a flaw in the Open Seek graph, that could be found: Play > New Game > Custom > Open Challenges.
The problem is a lot of the time I go to click on a seek/game (specifically, but then it will suddenly disappear and then another will replace it), so I go into whatever game it is. I wouldn't want to go that one, so I aborted it and the warning about aborting games... I don't believe it is my fault or intention to go to a game I didn't want to play.
Should I be worried about receiving too many of these warnings?
