The support does not respond

When I try to contact to a live human via the superb support bot it happens more and more rarely:

Last time I saw a live support member was between the screenshot #1 and screenshot #2 (more than 4 weeks ago) but the outcome was still near zero.

Requests on screenshots #1 and #2 were closed without any reply, I am not sure if the request on screenshot #3 is active or not.

Why are requests just abandoned?

No, I don't use the support bot for something like "Hello, how are you?" or "Have you watched the new Superman movie?"

So, on October 13 I was connected to a live support member which gave me some hope because the reply was pretty quick: only 2 days since I created the request, it was the first time when it happened in time given by the bot ("Our team of support specialists will review your request within 1-3 days")

But on October 16 the member told me that he is "handling a few dozen other requests" and today is the 7th day of total silence in the chat

Yes, sometimes it is just like you said, sometimes it takes 5+ weeks to contact the support and still to have no outcome...
