No, I don't use the support bot for something like "Hello, how are you?" or "Have you watched the new Superman movie?"

There was a list of issues, most of them are not for the forum, I have sent you an example in direct messages
When I try to contact to a live human via the superb support bot it happens more and more rarely:
Last time I saw a live support member was between the screenshot #1 and screenshot #2 (more than 4 weeks ago) but the outcome was still near zero.
Requests on screenshots #1 and #2 were closed without any reply, I am not sure if the request on screenshot #3 is active or not.
Why are requests just abandoned?
