troll players and report system

quite done with the laughable report system on chess.com how can you hope your games on here will be treated fairly and be looked at it by an arbiter of chess.com with the rise of chess popularity and all the games they have to go through

quite done being a nice guy on here... (quite done playing on here at all to improve in chess)
why bother this site reeks of trolls cheaters etc. etc. same rating opponents? bull...
and nothing will be done about it because even chess.com moderators on here shoot you down for saying this, none have a normal input response to this
because they don't know what to do either it seems report system my ass how do you know as a player that your reports are actually dealt with looked at demotivating to say the least

yes i know i am ranting but when you come back day after day after day and you keep giving me crap opponents that are either not my rating or trolls ( i do enjoy a normal chat with a decent opponent) that deliberately put you off in chat or cheaters and you feel mistreated and chess.com allows these players to continue i feel its justified to ask for an unbiased opinion on the matter

you could tell me otherwise like: (go post in different forum bla bla, just get better bla bla)
it doesn't change the situation on here either way
(not all of us are hikaru or magnus) and are able to fend off these stupid games costing us our rating and see nothing be done and expect the normal crowd to swallow and smile.........

create a new system for the player to see what happens with reports they are making its a stupid system how its done momentarily

pretty sure im not the only 1 thinking this
