I don't see how that affects the functioning

Ye, they changed the color of the forum's report button + the notation of the current forum category from:
Forums > Site Feedback
to:
- Forums
- Site Feedback
which does not make sense because now it feels like both items are on the same level

Dude it even has a different background, it looks out of place, Revert the icon
It seems they have also disabled the Delete button for the first comment in a thread

(I assume) this prevents someone from posting something against the rules, then deleting it.

Funny, instead of solving real problems like iOS app and Android app inequality, they invest their time in stupidities like these enhancements that nobody asked for. If something is not broken don't fix it.
