Why are you still showing the Israeli flag chess.com?

I saw similarly named post which was closed due to "it not being an allowed discussion" which to me sounds a lot like censorship.
The ICJ, Amnesty and many, maaaany other organizations all have consensus that a genocide is happening in Palestine right now.
If Chess.com can reach the decision on banning the Russian flag due to war crimes in Ukraine, very surely it'd come to the same conclusion for banning the Israeli flag.
If, for whatever reason, Chess.com decides to still allow the Israeli flag. even though there's so much objective evidence of the war crimes, I'd very much like an explanation of their reasoning to do so.
And before, probably, Martin closes the post again, with "this sort of discussion isn't allowed here", please tell me where you would think it belongs
