why can’t I abort?

I made one move as white in a daily chess rematch. Black has not replied. Looking at our last game, my suspicions that he cheated to find a draw in a wretched position were … not confirmed, but much stronger suspicions. (I will reference or attach). Anyway, I don’t know that he cheated but it’s suspicious and I don’t want ri play him again in a 7 day daily. And since he has replied why can’t I abort?

I told him I don’t know if he cheated those last several moves to find a draw but it’s suspicious and I don’t want to play him. Asked him to abort. I should be able to abort before he makes first move right?

Two more quick points:

1) why, why. Why? Why. Why do people cheat in DAILY CHESS? How dumb and pathetic must an adult be who does that?

2) why can’t we discuss cheating on this site - which maybe is spiking, idk. Is that still the rule. Is this list gonna be deleted? If a tree falls …

Anyway but seriously if we can’t discuss the subject that is obviously most salient “site feedback” topic - subject to ground rules eg doxxing, I’m fine with that if snowflake cheater abetters gonna be cowards — then why should anyone come here?
