Why did my rating go down after winning a game?

Hello friends. 
I just won a game and my rating was adjusted downward.  Is this due to rare circumstances that I don’t understand or could it be a mistake or a bug in the system?  I don’t think I have ever experienced this before. https://www.chess.com/daily/game/284218974

That's why there is a bug reporting tool-.

Hmmm.  I have never used the bug reporting tool.  I don't fully understand the rating system, but I couldn't think of any way that this could be correct.  I think then in the next game I won I got a few more points than I should have, so maybe it self-corrected?  Well, I may or may not report it this time, but if it happens again, I might.  Thanks.
