This is about chess puzzles. If I solve it correctly I will get +5 of puzzles ELO (mine is ~2100 now), but if I solve it incorrectly I WILL GET -20!!! what a~

You'd be better off to see puzzle rating as what it is: an algorithm to match you with appropriately difficult puzzles. It's not a high score.
There was added a superb option to select the difficulty of puzzles you get, try it if you have not yet
If you tried it but you still get low-rated puzzles then who knows how...

It is either in the right bottom corner of a page with a puzzle or in Settings > Gameplay > Puzzles
