This player profile says he (she) has 100 % win rate yet games timed out stands at 14 %.  Interesting profile.... isn't it???

Timeouts can still happen with unrated games, but unrated won't show on the 'games completed' stats.

So while it shows 10 on the stats, there are more games played than just those. The timeouts come from the other games played

Oh.. yah! I just noticed that he (she) lost in few unrated matches.  Thanks for the clarification.
