My uncle owns a shot glass chess set in whic h the pieces are cups with the figures of the piece it represents imprinted on it. Whenver you capture a piece, you must drink the liqour inside of it.

Personally, I find that alcohol helps me. In moderation, of course. Many times I have been in positions that scare me but with the help of alcohol (& the analysis board) I find options I never would have thought of under the influence of fear.
Let me close with a favorite quote of mine from the film Casablanca. When the nazi major questions Rick's nationality Bogie replys "I'm a drunkard" To which Claude Raines says "That makes Rick a citizen of the world." . Well said! Maybe Van Gogh heard the word "Checkmate" out of the wrong ear...

I am doing quite well. Only loss so far is ranked a couple hundred lower than me. NEVER underestimate your opponent! I agree, this is too fun when drinking! You come home from the club, no luck, and you think you gottta conquer "something", LOL!!
