Automatic move submission before time out

There are frequent complaints about stalling. If the site aided this behaviour, with the practitioners having no fear of timing out, the angry mob would be calling for blood.
You can at least record your plans in the "notes" tab so you recall it better when the deadline approaches.
Or play longer time controls

May be you are right ..misuse of technology is always possible :)
