Autoscroll: Chat Window on chess.com/tv

In the chat window on chess.com/tv, the window automatically scrolls down immediately when a new message is posted. This is extremely confusing when reading messages higher up in the message list.
When the window is not at the bottom of the message list, please switch off autoscroll. Autoscroll should only be on when the window is already at the bottom of the message list.
