When you won a game with the clock and you had not enough material to win (but the oponent can !!) the game thinks it's a draw !
For instance:

We can read : not enought material, draw whereas i won with the clock...

It's a US chess rule in fact (USCF), not FIDE :(

Well,
There is a difference between both (USCF and FIDE) however :)
If i anderstood it correctly:
- USCF: checkmate can be FORCED (king + knight = draw)
- FIDE: a checkmate position is possible (king + knight = win for the player who won the clock)
