Bug: pieces move to wrong square

Is this the forum to report bugs?

Several times in the last few months I've run into this bug where my pieces display two ranks away from where they should be - from the start of the game. So if I open by moving my KP from e2 to e4, it appears to move to e6. And so on.

This makes playing quite difficult. (And when I've aborted these games, the system threatens to brand me an abuser, or something like that.) 

I'm playing within Chrome on a Mac (OS X 10.6.8).

If is possible, before playing again, can you click on the link below for me please? You'll see a large white page with the text in the corner saying 'chess.com cookies cleared'. Once you see that, close the browser then re-open it and log back in

Appreciate the quick fix - but that's a bit of a drag to have to do after every game.
