I want to set the app-language, not the language of the phone. Antways thanks for the feedback.

Ok, I see, but I do not find languages in settings/general! Do you have the newest update?

That link should take you to the account settings page. The language choices are just above the time zone setting (should say something like GMT -5:00)

Doesn't work for me. Nowhere in the chess app for iPad can I find a language setting. How can I set the language to English?

Just got a reply from the chess.com staff people: apparently, the app sets its language to whichever language is set on the phone/pad. They are working on making it possible to change it in the app.
I hope they fix it quickly. The Norwegian language used in the app is really bad - like Google translate bad.
(On a funny side note, I wrote my question to them in Norwegian, just as a matter of principle since they "insist" that the app is in my language I "insist" to communicate with them in that language too) ;)
Still not fixed...
You need to purchase the universal translator from the Chess.com store. 
I would really appreciate if I it was possible to set the language to english in the app. The translation to my native language is horrible! And right now it is a mixture of bad danish and english, not even a complete translation.
