Hmmm doubt they do it. That is why they created the idea of groups/teams. And at the moment they have more complex tech issues to work on here. Since i have seen every ladder in groups more than likely that is where they will be if you want it to work and in a timely manner.
Chess Ladder & Chess Leagues (Suggestion)

Have you seen the list of issues they have to work on here. Not saying his is not more important but the nature of things is first come first serve. For example members have been campaigning for Live Chess 960. Now they added a campaign for Blitz Chess 960. People are asking for some apps also.
It would be nice if thnere was some code or something to gelp run a ladder in groups. It really can get a little complicated for one guy to do it manually, what with incorrect/invalid challenges, incorrect reporting etc.
And if I get run over by an ice cream truck tomorrow, what happens to the ladder?
A suggestion for the site
Incoporate a Ladder and a League system like on the website gameknot.com
I really liked the idea and it would be awesome to have it playable here aswell.
