Oh, by the way, I cannot use Google Play. That is because I do not have a Google Certified phone/tablet. So, that is why I need a kind person to please PLEASE please give me the .apk file so I can download it on my device.

Where can I find the file you are referencing. I went to the downloads portion of this site, and I found version 2.0.3 (2012) and some 2010 version of chess.com apk.
Both files unfortunately did not work for my Android 1.6 device (Archos 5it-500GB).
