I usually just ignore it. I'm a member of more than 20 groups and can't be in each and every one of them all the time 
. I don't understand how some people can be a meber of dozens if not hundreds of groups if they get so much activity. I suppose they just ignore it all too. I may even have to start disabling team match alerts soon... (I get truckloads of them too)
