compulsive cheating disorder

I came at this forum two times and went back again. At last summoned up some courage to write on the topic. It is just a reminder as I know others must have thought about this problem and they may have some sound reason for not applying the solution i am about to describe here. But still I can't help writing on this topic 

I played on ICC for some time and there I saw that people who use computer help in their games have (C) written before their username. So everyone comes to know that this person is a computer user. Thus they can play or avoid them at their wish. 

If such person is playing with site computers that also should not be a reason to worry as you people wont let the rating of particular computer drop from a certain level.

At the same time cheat detectors should be at the place so that no one would deceive anyone. But I feel if we do this it would satisfy people suffering from cheating disorder and also lighten some of the work of staff.
