I guess total strangers are supposed to diagnose your problem(s) with a OUIJA Bd or Magic 8-ball, right? Next time try describing your OS, browser and ISP. And copy the exact message(s) you receive verbatim.
Read my blog and if you can't fix this yourself (or determine if there's a problem with your ISP or not) and the problem persists contact the staff directly via Help & Support.
