No, you have to directly challenge people that already have accounts on Chess.com (though you can invite people). You can challenge anyone to a Daily Chess game at any time (assuming they are set up to accept and you meet their requirements) and you can only challenge people to Live games if they are in Live already.

Hi I'd like to be able to play live with friends, to create a match and send the link to anyone or is there a way to do that already? I've been looking for it and I didn't find the way to do it, only to play day to day moves witch is not so fun.
