the first step to dating is asking the girl out.
my suggestion is you approach the girl and have a conversation with her.
if the conversation is going well, then you can consider to escalate and perhaps ask her to go for coffee or something fun.
if the conversation is not going well or she doesn't seem interested, then you should walk away and move onto to another girl you are interested in.
i don't recommend trying to find women at chess tournaments. go to places where women will be like at the mall or a bookstore or maybe at the bowling alley or a baseball stadium, etc.
Brilliant. This site would be called Chess Match. I got married from a dating site. We flew from NY to Vegas to get married. Marriage lasted 3 weeks.
When people asked me why 3 weeks, the answer was we had nothing in common, well almost nothing as we were too busy taken care of other important parts of a marriage
Maybe chess could have saved the marriage so I wouldn't be waxing the bishop so often.
