You can already see that in your completed games. If you look at the completed games you can see what your rating was and how it changed. Same goes for your opponent.

Something that would be interesting and should not be too hard to implement - In the "details" panel of a completed game, after "rated", show how many points were awarded to the winner/substracted to the loser for that game.
