ELO rating for Groups

Hi,

 Currently top group leaders are listed as per their points scored or no.of members they have.  Having more/top points or more members, we should not give credit to group as the best or top groups. I think we should maintain ELO ratings for all groups.

• Team Matches(TM) and Vote Chess(VC) matches are the criteria for ELO rates.
• Minimum of 10 completed ( TM+VC ) are needed for geting a ELO rate.
• Average rate (average from all the players in a TM or VC ) should be considered and "rating adjustments" aand should be given as,
  example: 
  Team Match:Will to WIN vs Team India
  Average Rate: Will toWIN (1372) / Team India (1887)
  Rating adjustments for "Win to WIN" : Win +14, Loss -1, Draw +6
  Rating adjustments for "Team india"  : Win +1, Loss -14, Draw -6 
• All old matches(since chess.com started) should be archieved and processed as per this and should derive the ELO rate for all groups
• Finally, based on the ELO rate, groups should be listed in the chess.com "Group leaders" 
  
  Hope this will exactly show, who is the best and who is who....

and this is how the players are rated i suppose.. So this criteria must be followed for rating teams..
