Express if you like or do not like the new version of the site

V3 is like the Borg..."Resistence is futile". 

Been using V3 exclusively for months. Haven't looked back.

I just hope it won't remain a WIP forever. Would like to see frontend stability eventually.

Still not working on my HTC phone.

What exactly is not working?

Couple of questions but first, playing with v3 for a couple of weeks and found only one bug and staff tells me they are working on it.

1. Can't find comments to tactical puzzles. Are they gone? Hope not, I enjoyed other's comments/insights on the tactic especially if something didn't make sense to me.

2. Can't find analysis board when I'm planning a conditional move.

3. When a seek has been matched, the game shows up with my current games. When I click on it, I get the message "game has all ready started". Not sure why game doesn't just start without this middle step or am I doing something wrong.

Tactic comments are still there. They are hidden by default. Click the speech bubble icon to show them.  That is newer, I think. Wasn't there last time I did a tactic on the site.

I don't have any ongoing games to check 2 and haven't issued a seek in a while so don't know on 3.

Yea it was simply a matter of reading the comments. Now it is a matter of clicking on something before you can read them. How is that supposed to be better?

It is a disaster the new format ; the old format had a real personaltouch about it...this new thing is horrid; reminds me of another chess site that I never play at any more....you make this new format as the only viable options and chess.com will die a slow death just wait and see....why not go to chessbase the crappy instead...

Prefer OLD version. The new version is just cold and impersonal.

I like the new version. It's smart and modern, and has more options. I also loved v2 - but I think that they improved in many ways. 

The new version looks better. However, in my case, the rematch Accept/Decline buttons don't work. Is there a bug here?

I couldn't find a way to predict which version exactly I use but assume that I use the latest one "Trying new version of Chess.com". I think new vesion is much more better then previous one visually. Comtemporary design is awesome, customization options are rich and ease of use helps.

I would like to share some points hoping would be helfull to contribute/ameliorate chess.com:

- Bookmark utility (Archive) for articles, blog writings and news, if possible in a categorized way and possibly under user account.

- Better chat window (bigger) and management (time limitation for posting, longer time interval necessity for freebies).

- Re-organization of menu items although I already and almost get familiar with existing (such as Game Archive under Play Tab might remove or add to user account page).

- I think it is hard to find, browsee between tournaments, games. Their related tabs suffer too (for example icons might include pop-up explanations).

- Game list might include a raiting, game time etc based filtering facility which functions by pressing their column header. And a filter perhaps to keep the list brief based on game time, raiting.

- If readers could point the comments/posts under an article, news etc. most admired and contributing posts would be highlighted to reach/found easily (ex: bhphoto, dpreview).

My wish list is long but I really like chess.com a lot and it's my favourite website for chess play and chess news, article reading. It should perhaps had been said first but positive points of chess.com, rich/correct functionalities (including realistic raiting system), excellent, educative chess articles would take hours to write. Thank you chess.com creators and contributors.

The new version has convinced me to mainly play, and on a regular basis, here on chess.com

This version is the best I have seen online without installing a client.

I still have the same opinion. It was changed for the sake of change.

Many simple easy things in v2 are now possible in v3 but only after you click a button or know how to read the symbols. 

Like in TT, it used to say "You play black" Now it shows a black block with a picture of a hand moving. You are suposed to know that the block being black means that you play black. Also in TT in v2 you just look down the page to read the comments. Now in v3 you have to find the right button and click it to read the comments. There is no way those things are better, they are more complicated.

Things that were simple and easy were changed for no reason other than to change them.

Is that with the mobile browser? The app?

If a browser which one? Have you tried other ones?
