Express if you like or do not like the new version of the site

The new thing is not user-friendly really. 

Maybe, I will get used to the new thing. If I do not, well, it's been fun.

Chess.com is allowed to contact me if I leave when they reckon they have got a half good fix.

Has the chess.com app for V3 been fixed yet?  I had a game where my opponent made an illegal move on that app.  It was never corrected.  The same game was rendered properly on my PC and in the Chess.com Classic app which I use to this day.

Oooohhh the humanity!!! Now i must circumvent the ogre called V3 just to play chess in V2 format i supported & payed for. Thankfully my subscription only runs for a few more months.

not liking the new site... if i wanted to do the site on a phone, i'd use my phone. but for a computer this is not a very good interface.

I'm keeping v2 ... 

if you spent a lot on v3 you over paid for it. kids with construction paper is about what it looks like.  will not be renewing my membership

Ended up on v3 again, which I have tried a few times already. First - it is getting better!

Second, the concrete issues I am seeing:

- Slow. The computer I'm using is a 4 (almost 5) year old Core i7 3.5GHz (?). And it takes a second to scroll a forum topic! The operating system is Ubuntu 10.04 (installed early 2012), and using Firefox 20 (latest one available without compiling it yourself).

- Trying another browser (Opera v12.0)  pieces on chessboards end up clumped in one corner. And it is still slow.

In general, make it a lesson not to change too much. Many chess players are middle-age and older men, which traditionally is a group with some reluctance against change and new things

Incredibly unbelievably bad !!!!!  I have a free membership and I won''t be returning. Far too many problems to list,

Hint to the website owner. In the future get user (customer) feedback before investing money in and adopting a new interface. So many of these issues could have been avoided,

V3 would probably stop my addiction to online chess.

You're not alone, I'm facing this problem too. This used to work well in V2. I feel like I'm silenced in V3.

Love the old version.     Much more fun to use.  

New version sucks.       Many friends agree with me.  

I only use my phone both for the app and the website but from what I seen the old version is way better..set up more convenient and it seemed less lag

I hated it too, until I decided to force myself to explore it all. It took me about 90 minutes to get it all familiarized. It's actual pretty good if you just take the time to learn all the ins and outs of it.  Trust me, Nobody hates change more than Me. lol

It's absolutely awful, both on my desktop and my mobile phone. I'm glad there's the option of Classic.

I like the old site. When I find myself in the new site which I loathe, I cannot get out of it quickly enough.  It seems to be the same philosophy with everything nowadays - if it works well and the customer likes it we'll change it.  When the new site runs all the time I suppose I'll just have to find somewhere else to play, SUCH a pity and so unnecessary!

I don't like it. I find the simplistic style of the old site better than the futuristic "app like" V3. The old site has white background and simple graphics rather than attempting to look "fresh" with a fake 3D look.

Also, when playing, I don't like the new buttons. I prefer buttons with text, such as "post comment" or "submit move" rather than symbols. I also don't like the new layout in-game where the "analysis" and "conditional moves" are modes of the same window rather than opening in new tabs/windows. It makes me feel unsure whether I'm actually about to make a move or just doing it on the analysis board.

I prefer the old one.

how can I resign  ? I don't find the button .
