Try to login to a different browser. It might help.

I did it. I tried to play the game from Firefox but I am facing issue. I guess it's mostly related to my WiFi Network but I have even tried the routerlogin website - https://routerlogin.onl/192-168-0-254/ but not help at all.
Hi, whenever I am trying to log into my account on Chess.com, it keeps me redirecting to my WiFi Network's login page. It happened even after clearing the Cache & Cookies in my browser.
I have even tried to login into the router by using the default password and username, but it keeps happening and neither it is accepting the credentials.
P.S. I posted this from someone else's MacBook.
