The above software behavior is still a problem. Using click-and-drag, the game drops my piece before I reach the intended position, thus generating a "wrong move" in Tactics Training. Has anyone at chess.com looked into this, or is it just a forum for complaints which receive no reply?
game freezing in mid-move

In Tactics Trainer -- lately, when I click on a piece and start to move it, the software freezes before I can reach my destination square, placing my piece in the wrong spot. A "Wrong Move" error message follows, and my score is penalized. Please have a tech person look into this.
