game keeps reducing my time though other player hasn't moved

there send to be some problem with the server. the opponent moves but that appears on my screen after 5 seconds. then it automatically reduces my time. i have started losing all 1 min games because of this :(

Could be chess.com; they had server issues lately with their fancy new equipment and the CEO apologized, but  it's probably something covered in these articles.  Seems the signal has to jump through a lot of hoops before chess.com gets it.  Yes, chess.com is a bit of a resource hog and it doesn't like to share, but most of us find a way to not get disconnects...
