you can disable that under settings i believe
edit:
from the home tab tap "settings"
scroll down to "live play"
next to "show submit button" change it from "on" to "off"

So i downloaded the iphone chess app, i was really excited you know, i enjoy playing bullet mataches, and so i went a played one and once i made my move it asked to press sumbit, right there i waste an extra second and its really a hastle to have to press the sumbit button on bullet mode.
maybe it can be removed?
