Lost connection-Game abandoned

There you are,winning and you lose connect.It can happen four times in a row,after a minute it seem like it is fine but when you start a game and winning it start.It is not fair at all some of the chess sites don't do that.Try fixing the problem because I am making no progress losing unnecessary,I don't know about others but this really bugs me.How can someone abandon a game winning?

the exact same thing keeps happening to me, and I'm seek of it. I brought this up to them a year ago via email, but they never fixed or even responded to my email. even their rating system is false compared to the official tournament system. It's the same formula, but the official tournament starts you off at 1500, this at 1200, and the official calculates the result at 32 points per game, but this at 16.Therefore, if this shows your rating ex.1120, in official ELO your actual rating could very well be 1400-1550. This app and it system is all bogus!

i am about to cancel my subscription for this reason. my internet cuts out periodicially for a few seconds and i lost 3 games in a row because of it. honestly a pathetic piece of work site that i will be changing subscriptions from soon.
