Hi chess.com, I've noticed the past months or so that there's always this "LOVE SPECIALIST CANADA/CHENNAI" spam all over the general discussion forum. It's pretty annoying and I'm sure you guys are working on it, but may I suggest you make it impossible to post two exact same posts for one user? I think this would greatly decrease the spam these people are causing
Most of the spam gets caught automatically but the ones that get through are usually unique posts anyway.
I understand they're caught automatically, but I mean that a preventive measure should be taken. Imo chess.com just shouldn't allow multiple posts be posted if they have about the same content. I know this isn't happening because these posts do get up, I just saw six or so.

You saw 6 or so and they may appear the same but each one is unique. The vast majority never get seen due to automatic filtering, some of which is done similar to they way you mention. The ones that do make it through are due to the spammers doing a very manual process trying to bypass those filters.
