For random seeks, the site has to try and balance both players. So, if you get paired with someone and they have a lot more blacks compared to whites than you do, then you'll likely get black.
Over the long haul, the numbers will converge but may never be exactly equal.
I just checked and over your last 50 games; you had 24 white and 26 black.
Every time I get more and more black piece chess games. I generally lose black and win white. Why can,t chess.com make it equal to all players of one black one white game? I bring this topic up all the time that there are more black games than white here. Your staff always helps me and is very cooperative, except to games concerning more black. Please make it fair with one game black, one game white. I keep losing all games that are black, after black, after black, then one white... There are always too many black, too little white. Because there are other players than yourself. If someone accepts your challenge or the other way around, they may have had, say, 4 Blacks and 1 White in their last 5 games, in which case, they need a White to balance their games more than you need a White to balance yours (say 3-2 in Blacks). From your complaints, it seems you need more practice with Black anyway. If you really care that much, you can always play unrated as White (not sure how to do that in v3).
I think there may be some perception bias too.
I just looked at your stats. For blitz you have 1,481 games as white and 1,490 as black. You only have 8 more games total as black over almost 3,000 games.
Also, since you are premium, look at your stats and your archive. You'll see that you are almost 50/50. Any individual session may be weighted towards one color but over many sessions, they will equal out.

You can only abort black a certain number of times before the only thing you are allowed to do is play, lose on time, or resign. In those latter cases, they will show up in the stats. In the abort case, the OP wouldn't be counted as playing white either and the recent archive doesn't indicate early black resignations by opponents either.
I had no idea that the oppenant who has more black on their games against you, would put them in white, me black. I guess they can,t make the games for each player to have one white game,one black game. In other chess sites ( IC) you have a choice to be permenantly white or black. Guess no one wants black games here all the time. White is a preferable game!!! I have no need to "Learn" black! I,m playing both for 50 years! I just play white with more enjoyment! I just wrote down as I was playing chess, how many black vs white games. Turns out, I was given 4 black games, 2 white games. Many people along with myself have been complaining about getting more black games, so I decided to see actually what the truth of this matter really is. Well, as you can see,2 favor of black piece games. Why can,t you take my suggestion of every player given one white game, one black game ?
