No "it's your move" emails

I'm playing a long game with a friend; I'm quite new to Chess.com.  I receive emails that I'm about to lose on time, when only 8 hours are left.  I never receive emails that my opponent has moved and it is therefore my turn to move, however.  All of the boxes for email notifications are checked in my profile, including the "my turn to move" checkbox.  I'm quite sure the emails are not going into a spam folder, partly because I checked, partly because the "low on time" emails appear quite reliably.  As far as I can tell, this is a bug.  It's a very annoying bug, too; at some point I will happen to be away from my computer for more than 8 hours in a row at the wrong time, and I will lose the game on time simply because I didn't know it was my move.  Can this be fixed, please?

Check your spam box.

I have never missed an email when it is my turn to move.

It is a 3 day/move game, one thing you can do is check every 24 hours to see if it is your move, no chance of running out of time.

I've checked my spam mailbox, of course (as I said in my original post, above); chess.com emails never end up there.  It would also be rather curious if the "about to lose" emails always got delivered to my mailbox, but the "it's your turn" emails always got sorted as spam; not impossible, of course, but curious.  But in any case, no, they are not going to my spam box, they are just not happening at all.
