Opponent Refuses to Move
I'd run into this a little when I would play late at night and all my opponent's were overseas (as you can see I'm in the United States). There was always considerable (IMO) lag.
Although I wonder how you suggest chess.com "make a player play"

Sir, I commend your recommendation, but as an Irishman I must point out that it is "whiskey"; "whisky" is generally used for Scotch.
Change the time limit next time!
It has nothing to do with time limits. The searched time limit is the same. The higher rated opponents will many times refuse to move.

First: Theres is not rule that says I am obliged to play a rematch with you and that has nothing to do with "sportmanship" cause we live in a democracy, isnt it? ACCEPT IT.
