There are a lot of problems like this, often seen on the higher rated puzzles. Especially those with avg. time like 3 seconds or something. The rating accumulates because even though the problem is really easy, people "lose on time" really fast.
As you can see, a lot of the problems have high pass rate and low time, and also high amount of attempts, so this probably means that someone mealed off rating points off of a particular problem, and somehow a glitch makes the pass rate really high. Some of the pass rates >100% are with avg. time 40 seconds, but this is kind of strange as I cannot explain this. One problem even has zero seconds avg. time.
Those bugs are funny. I know a bug on lichess - after I solved the puzzle correctly, its rating went up +2147393618 and still was "only" -2147483648.
