you CAN kind of do this by going to the opening list (www.chess.com/openings) and find one and start there. we don't allow position setup because we don't want to encourage easy cheating online :)
Aha. I see...that does make sense. Thanks for the response.
I'd like to suggest that the option to choose a starting position from a list be added to the play against the computer feature. We can do this when challenging an individual, but as of yet we can't do it when playing against the computer. Thanks.
