It would be nice if you could search for players using filters, such as number of games played recently, glicko rating, elo rating, timeout %, etc.

The reason is you could use it to invite certain people to tournaments that fit in with the criteria you want.

By so narrowly defining who plays in a tournament, the participants are denied the opportunity to encounter a wide variety of opponents.  I anticipate this will tend to weaken the participants.
