Hi,
I was the lead moderator on a very busy forum a while back and we had a post rating system where forum users could rate the post 1-5 stars and flag posts as Troll, Flame, Awesome, Normal, Noob, Mis-Posted, Innapropriate etc..
Helped weed out the garbage for the users and made modding easier as only the mods could see the flags on the posts.
