Double test. Well, double posting works(although it's bad forum etiquette as far as I know). But no on the deleting part. Looks like a v3 bug, I can delete in v2.

I just sent a bug report, via the report button, alerting the techs that there may be an issue with it. I included a link to this page so they can also see the potential issue with deleting comments.

NO you can't move the king into check. It is interesting though, because it was just recently I read something about this, and apparently a lot of people feel the rules should be changed. If no other piece is endangered by a pinned piece, then why is the King considered to be? It would be a significant change to the game and I think the rules are pretty much set in stone at this point, so I would not expect this rule change to ever happen even if it makes sense.
