I don't have a custom option on the menu unless I'm in Live already.

Oh, nevermind..... I didn't read that correctly. You are talking about the option from the home page.

The ability to set custom controls differs depending on my online status. If I'm newly logged in, and playing on the PC, I have the ability to select a new game from a drop down menu. From this drop down menu is a "custom" option, but it doesn't work. I actually have to select "Live Chess" where I eventually get the same options. Now I can actually choose a custom time control. If I stay logged in then it's different.
Could we fix this please? I believe there are several reasons why I cannot easily get a custom game anymore, whereas, even a few months ago it was pretty easy. This is my third thread on the topic. My thread on "seek graph" went completely unanswered by staff in the suggestions forum. If I don't get some kind of feedback to my concerns, I will cancel my premium membership because this website is practically useless to me if I'm forced to play 15/10 or 30/0, or god forbid 45/45 on a regular basis.
